Shopping

Each time I do a slightly longer or faster training, than my regular runs, I am sure to wake up during the night (oh, let's say about four or five times) with leg-cramps. These cramps (my calves mainly) hurt like H.LL and once I feel them coming up, I need to stretch my muscles Fast... (usually needing my complete 89 K. weight to stop the pain). Needless to say, my jumping out of the bed like a mad-man (five times per night) does tend to wake up my wife. I tried a couple of possible cures (We are both VERY fond of our night's rest), but the extra pre-bedtime stretching and drinking loads of green tea, does not seem to help.

Today, (once upon a Sunday dreary...) we went to our local airport (the shoppingcenter there is open from 7:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week) and bought me a box of Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc pills. Hoping that this will improve our post-run sleep, I will start taking these from tonight... Hopefully, tomorrow's training will prove the use of these pills (or am I too impatient?).
